Vrije Training
Bij A'spect training kan u ook vrij komen trainen. Indien u kiest om vrij te trainen, krijgt u via een beurtenkaart (vrije training) toegang tot onze gehele trainingszaal.
Heeft u een revalidatieschema van onze kinesitherapeuten gekregen of een oefenprogramma van onze personal trainers, maak dan gebruik van onze toestellen en materiaal om kwalitatief goed te trainen.
Let op: een beurtenkaart voor vrije training geeft
geen toegang tot onze milon cirkel en de mogelijkheid tot inschrijven in de groepslessen. Voor verdere info kan u terecht bij abonnementen/beurtenkaarten
